By opting in to receive text messages from Earth Right Mid-Atlantic (“Earth Right,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Earth Right Mid-Atlantic provides text message communications to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive SMS messages. These messages may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Project updates and service notifications

Follow-up communications regarding inquiries or consultations

2. Opting Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Earth Right.
After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed from the messaging program. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
